MOORINGS

Within the harbour we have 30+ swinging half-tide moorings, with access approx. 3hrs. before H.W. to 2hrs. after. These settle onto mud. All vessels must have at least 3rd party insurance.

Space is allocated for 1 car and tender within the yard for each mooring, tenders are launched from the slipway. (Please note the jetty and pontoon are for works personnel only). Moorings are available from 1st April to 31st October.

In the harbour mouth we have a deep water swinging mooring, used mainly as a working mooring for the yard, i.e. for vessels waiting for the right tide depth to be hauled up.

We also can offer a dry mooring ashore for small craft, such as R.I.B.s. These craft are launched, hauled-up and stored when required.

Moorings of various types can be made in the yard and laid where required outside of the harbour limits.
